Growth ( FUNCTIONAL LADDER)

Growth (Functional Ladder), Toilet Paper, 2019

I created Growth (Ladder) in continuation with the Cords of Three series, but as opposed to the swing which speaks to the unexpected joy in faith, the ladder speaks to the unprecedented growth in faith. Just like the swing, the ladder is constructed with the cords of three technique, signifying the strength that comes in faith. As opposed to the swing, the ladder is challenging to interact with and difficult to climb, speaking to the hardship and pain often associated with that growth.
